Our average time for a home inspection is generally 3 hours for a house and 2 hours for condominium. Depending on the age, size, particular features of the home, and other structures, the inspection can last longer.

At the conclusion of the home inspection we provide you with a verbal summary of the areas of concern and a completed Home Guage software computer generated report via e-mail within 24 hours of inspection which describes the house and any deficiencies that were found during the inspection.
